Consultations

A more discerning approach to care and wellness.

Wellness is rarely improved by adding more products, more rules, or another routine to follow. It begins with understanding what your skin and body may be communicating—and learning how to respond with greater clarity.

Savath Wellness consultations are still being thoughtfully developed.

Joining the list will give you early access to service details, availability, and future consultation openings.

01

Routine Refinement

For those who already have a routine but feel unsure whether it is truly supporting their skin.

This focused consultation is designed to simplify, reorganize, and strengthen the way you use what you already own. Instead of immediately recommending more, we will determine what has a clear purpose, what may be overlapping, and what can be removed or adjusted.

The goal is not a perfect routine. It is a routine you understand, can maintain, and feel confident using.

02

Skin, Body & Lifestyle Review

A broader consultation exploring how your daily habits, environment, stress patterns, rest, nourishment, and personal rituals may be interacting with the way you feel.

This offering reflects the Savath philosophy that care does not happen in isolated categories. Your skin, body, mind, environment, and routines continually influence one another.

The consultation may help you:

  • Recognize patterns across different areas of your life
  • Create more supportive morning and evening rituals
  • Reduce wellness overwhelm and conflicting advice
  • Develop realistic practices that fit your current capacity
  • Approach self-care with greater discernment rather than pressure
03

Herbal and Ritual Education

An educational introduction to herbs, traditional preparations, and personal rituals that may complement your existing approach to wellness.

This consultation will focus on helping you understand how herbs have traditionally been used, how to evaluate quality and suitability, and how to approach herbal wellness responsibly. It will not replace medical care, diagnose conditions, or prescribe treatment.

Depending on your needs, the conversation may include:

  • Herbal teas and everyday preparations
  • Topical or sensory rituals
  • Seasonal wellness practices
  • Questions to consider before introducing a new herb
  • Safety considerations and potential reasons to consult a qualified medical practitioner.
04

Intentional Wellness Consultation

A reflective, personalized session for those who feel disconnected from themselves or overwhelmed by the amount of wellness information available to them.

Together, we will examine what care currently looks like in your life, where it has become performative or unsustainable, and what a more intentional approach could look like moving forward.

This consultation is not about building an idealized lifestyle. It is about creating a steadier relationship with yourself—one shaped by attention, discernment, ritual, and self-respect.

05

Consultation Follow-Up

Select consultations may eventually include a written summary or follow-up session to help you integrate what was discussed.

This may include refined recommendations, educational resources, routine adjustments, reflection prompts, or next-step questions. The intention is to give you something practical to return to rather than leaving you with another overwhelming list of instructions.

A smiling young woman with long dark hair is shown from the chest up, wearing a black puff-sleeve top and a delicate necklace with a small dark pendant, standing in front of a warm wood-paneled window. The founder of savath wellness.

Founded with Intention

Founded by Selena Lam, Savath Wellness is shaped with over a decade of experience across professional aesthetics, skincare education, herbalism, and holistic wellbeing.

Selena’s work began with the skin, but years of working closely with clients revealed something deeper: the skin rarely exists in isolation. It responds to the body, the nervous system, daily habits, emotional patterns, environment, and the way a person has learned to care for themselves.

This understanding became the foundation of her approach to intentional wellness.

Drawing from both modern skin education and traditional herbal practices, Selena brings together observation, discernment, ritual, and practical guidance. Rather than prescribing more products, more rules, or another universal routine, she encourages people to understand their individual patterns and choose care that is thoughtful, informed, and sustainable.

Savath Wellness is the expression of that philosophy. A space for those seeking a more refined relationship with their skin, body, mind, and everyday life.
