Cancellation, Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Savath Wellness approaches cancellations and refunds with the same intention we bring to our work: clearly, fairly, and with respect for both the client and the time required to prepare and provide each offering.
Appointments and professional services often require time to be reserved specifically for you. Digital offerings may provide immediate access to original educational materials and intellectual property. For these reasons, different cancellation and refund conditions apply depending on what you purchase.
This policy applies to eligible purchases and bookings made through savathwellness.com and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
1. Consultation Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change and aim to provide reasonable flexibility whenever possible.
The following policy applies to individual consultations and other scheduled one-to-one appointments unless different terms are clearly provided before booking.
More Than 48 Hours Before Your Appointment
If you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may choose to:
- reschedule your appointment once at no additional cost; or
- cancel your appointment and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Your Appointment
If you contact us between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled appointment:
If you reschedule:
You may move your appointment once at no additional cost.
If you cancel:
A cancellation charge equal to 25% of the appointment price may be retained, and the remaining 75% will be refunded.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment
Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered late changes because the appointment time has been specifically reserved and may no longer reasonably be filled.
If you reschedule:
Where another appointment can be accommodated, a 25% rescheduling charge may apply. The remaining value of your original booking will be applied toward your new appointment.
If you cancel:
A cancellation charge equal to 50% of the appointment price may be retained, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
Where applicable law requires a cancellation charge to reflect the loss actually or ordinarily incurred, the charge will be limited accordingly. You may demonstrate that Savath Wellness incurred no loss or that the loss was substantially lower than the stated amount, in which case the charge will be adjusted as required by applicable law.
2. No-Shows
An appointment is considered a no-show when you do not attend the scheduled appointment and do not notify Savath Wellness before the appointment begins.
Because the full appointment period was reserved and generally cannot be offered to another client after the fact, up to the full appointment fee may be retained for a no-show, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you would like to book another appointment after a no-show, a new booking and payment may be required.
Where applicable law requires otherwise, any amount retained will be limited to the loss Savath Wellness is legally entitled to recover.
3. Repeated Rescheduling
We are happy to accommodate reasonable changes.
Each appointment generally includes one complimentary reschedule when the request is made within the applicable complimentary rescheduling period.
If the same appointment is moved more than once, Savath Wellness may require a rescheduling charge or a new booking before another appointment is reserved.
If Savath Wellness initiates the rescheduling, this provision does not apply.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, Savath Wellness will make reasonable efforts to provide the consultation during the remaining scheduled time.
Because appointments may be scheduled consecutively, we cannot guarantee that a session can be extended beyond its original end time.
Late arrival does not ordinarily qualify for a partial refund.
If the delay is significant enough that the appointment can no longer reasonably be provided, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation, subject to applicable consumer rights.
5. Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
Life does not always follow a schedule.
If illness, bereavement, emergency, significant travel disruption, or another exceptional circumstance prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Savath Wellness may waive or reduce a cancellation or rescheduling charge where we believe the circumstances reasonably warrant it.
This flexibility is considered individually and does not create an automatic entitlement to an exception.
6. If Savath Wellness Cancels
If Savath Wellness needs to cancel a paid consultation, appointment, workshop, or service and cannot provide it as scheduled, you may choose between:
- transferring the full value of the booking to another mutually agreed date; or
- receiving a full refund for the affected service.
You will never be charged a cancellation or rescheduling fee for a change initiated by Savath Wellness.
7. Digital Products
Digital products may include:
- downloadable guides;
- digital workbooks;
- educational PDFs;
- digital resources;
- recorded educational materials;
- templates;
- digital workshops or courses;
- and other downloadable or immediately accessible content.
Digital products are treated differently from scheduled services because they may be delivered and accessed immediately after purchase.
Before Delivery or Access Begins
If digital content has not yet been delivered, downloaded, made accessible, or otherwise supplied to you, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Where the order can still reasonably and legally be cancelled before delivery begins, Savath Wellness may issue a refund.
After Delivery or Access Begins
Once a digital product has been delivered or access has begun, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Refunds may nevertheless be available where:
- the digital product is defective;
- the product is materially different from its description;
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- you were charged an incorrect amount;
- a technical issue attributable to Savath Wellness prevents you from accessing the product and we cannot reasonably resolve the issue;
- Savath Wellness is unable to provide the purchased content; or
- applicable consumer law gives you a right to a refund, remedy, or withdrawal.
A change of mind after receiving or accessing digital content does not ordinarily qualify for a voluntary refund.
8. Immediate Digital Delivery for EU/EEA Consumers
Consumers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may ordinarily have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online contracts within a specified withdrawal period.
Digital content that is supplied immediately is subject to special rules.
Where permitted by applicable law, Savath Wellness may provide digital content immediately after purchase only after obtaining the legally required consent and acknowledgment from you.
You may therefore be asked at checkout to:
- expressly consent to Savath Wellness beginning delivery of the digital content before the statutory withdrawal period has expired; and
- acknowledge that, by requesting immediate delivery, you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once Savath Wellness begins supplying the digital content, where the legal requirements for that loss of withdrawal right have been satisfied.
Where required, your order or contract confirmation will record this consent and acknowledgment.
Once immediate delivery has properly begun following the required consent process, the digital product will generally not be eligible for a change-of-mind withdrawal.
This does not affect rights you may have where digital content is defective, not supplied as agreed, materially non-conforming, or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer remedies.
9. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal for Services
If you are a qualifying consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract, generally within 14 days of conclusion of the contract.
This statutory withdrawal right is separate from the voluntary Savath Wellness cancellation policy above.
If Your Consultation Is More Than 14 Days Away
Where the statutory withdrawal period applies and expires before your scheduled service begins, you may exercise that right during the applicable withdrawal period in accordance with the instructions provided to you.
After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the Savath Wellness cancellation and rescheduling policy will generally apply, subject to any other mandatory legal rights.
If Your Consultation Is Within the 14-Day Withdrawal Period
You may wish to book a consultation that takes place before your statutory withdrawal period has expired.
In that situation, you may be asked to expressly request that Savath Wellness begin providing the service before the withdrawal period ends.
If you subsequently exercise a valid statutory right of withdrawal after requested performance has begun but before the service has been completed, you may be required, where legally permitted, to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided.
The amount will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Once a Service Has Been Fully Performed
Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory withdrawal right for a paid service may expire once the service has been completely performed if, before performance began, you:
- expressly consented to the service beginning before the withdrawal period expired; and
- acknowledged that you would lose your statutory withdrawal right once the service had been fully performed.
Savath Wellness will not treat your statutory withdrawal right as having expired unless the requirements imposed by applicable law have been satisfied.
10. Savath Cancellation Policy vs. Statutory Withdrawal
Our voluntary cancellation policy and your statutory right of withdrawal are not the same thing.
For example:
If you book a consultation and cancel it under Savath Wellness's 48-hour cancellation policy, your request is handled under our commercial cancellation terms.
If you are an eligible EU/EEA consumer and exercise a valid statutory withdrawal right during the applicable withdrawal period, your request is handled under applicable consumer law instead.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies and provides you with greater protection than this policy, the statutory right takes precedence.
11. How to Exercise an Applicable Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you do not need to provide a reason for exercising it.
You may notify Savath Wellness by making a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the applicable contract.
Where applicable law requires Savath Wellness to provide an electronic withdrawal function through the Site, you may use that function.

12. Optional Withdrawal Form
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may use the following form. Use of this exact form is not required.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service or digital offering:
Service or offering:
Order or booking number:
Date ordered:

If submitted electronically, a handwritten signature is not required.
13. Defective or Inaccessible Digital Content
Our final-sale policy for digital content does not mean that Savath Wellness will leave you with a product that does not work as described.
If you cannot access a digital purchase, please contact us at selena@savathwellness.com.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to identify and troubleshoot the issue.
Where possible, we will first attempt to restore access, provide a replacement file, correct the technical issue, or otherwise bring the digital content into conformity.
Where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law, that remedy will be provided.
14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, please contact Savath Wellness before initiating a payment dispute where reasonably possible.
We are happy to investigate:
- duplicate charges;
- incorrect payment amounts;
- unauthorized transactions;
- failed delivery;
- or other legitimate payment concerns.
Nothing in this section restricts any right you may have to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect transaction with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or under applicable law.
Savath Wellness reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records, booking records, proof of delivery, digital-access records, correspondence, consent records, and other appropriate evidence in response to a payment dispute or chargeback.
15. Professional Services, Education & Business Engagements
Professional services may include:
- staff education and development;
- professional training;
- workshops;
- consulting;
- wellness programming;
- experience development;
- educational programming;
- hospitality or wellness consulting;
- and other business-to-business engagements.
Because these engagements may involve substantial preparation, custom materials, travel, scheduling, research, or advance commitments, they may be subject to separate cancellation and payment terms.
The relevant proposal, statement of work, booking agreement, or service agreement may establish:
- booking deposits or retainers;
- payment schedules;
- preparation fees;
- cancellation charges;
- rescheduling conditions;
- payment for work already completed;
- reimbursement of non-refundable third-party expenses;
- travel costs;
- project termination provisions; and
- other engagement-specific terms.
Those conditions will be disclosed before the engagement is confirmed.
Where a separate written agreement applies, its cancellation and refund provisions will govern that engagement, subject to applicable law.
16. Workshops, Programs & Experiences
Workshops, programs, events, and wellness experiences may involve limited capacity, advance preparation, materials, venues, travel, or third-party commitments.
For that reason, some offerings may have their own cancellation and refund conditions.
Any offering-specific terms will be presented before purchase.
Where offering-specific terms conflict with this general policy, the offering-specific terms will apply to that purchase to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. Physical Products
Savath Wellness does not currently offer physical products under this policy.
If physical products are introduced, this policy will be updated before or in connection with their sale to address matters such as:
- returns;
- exchanges;
- damaged or defective items;
- shipping;
- delivery;
- hygiene-sensitive products where relevant; and
- applicable statutory withdrawal and consumer rights.
The digital-product rules in this policy should not be interpreted as return conditions for physical merchandise.
18. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
If a cancellation charge properly applies, the applicable amount will be deducted and the remaining balance refunded.
The time required for a processed refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution.
Where applicable law provides a specific reimbursement deadline or method, Savath Wellness will follow those requirements.
19. Promotional Pricing & Discounts
If an eligible refund relates to a purchase made using a promotional offer or discount, the refund will be calculated using the amount actually paid rather than the undiscounted retail price.
Promotional, complimentary, gifted, or otherwise unpaid services generally have no cash refund value unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Third-Party Platforms
Certain Savath Wellness offerings may be purchased, hosted, booked, or delivered using third-party platforms or payment providers.
Where a third party controls the transaction, additional platform-specific refund, cancellation, billing, or subscription procedures may apply.
Any mandatory consumer rights available to you remain unaffected.
21. Geographic Availability
The appearance of a service or offering on savathwellness.com does not mean that Savath Wellness is legally making that offering available in every jurisdiction.
Bookings, purchases, or performance of services may be limited where business registration, immigration or work authorization, licensing, professional, tax, regulatory, or other legal requirements must first be satisfied.
In particular, the Site should not be interpreted as representing that Savath Wellness is currently established or authorized to conduct business in Germany unless and until the applicable legal requirements have been completed.
22. Changes to This Policy
Savath Wellness may update this policy when our services, business operations, technology, or legal obligations change.
The Effective Date displayed at the beginning of this policy identifies the version currently in effect.
Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights or contractual protections that already apply to a completed transaction.
23. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, waive, reduce, or replace any statutory consumer protection that cannot legally be limited by contract.
Where applicable consumer law gives you rights that are more favorable than the commercial terms stated in this policy, those mandatory rights will apply.
