Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of savathwellness.com (the “Site”) and any content, digital materials, consultations, educational services, professional services, programs, or other offerings made available by Savath Wellness (“Savath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Savath Wellness is operated by Selena Lam. Additional business and contact information, where legally required, is provided in our Legal Notice.
By accessing the Site, purchasing an offering, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with Savath Wellness, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our offerings.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
- use of savathwellness.com;
- wellness education and educational content;
- individual consultations;
- digital guides, resources, downloads, workshops, and educational materials;
- professional education, staff training and development;
- wellness programming and experiences;
- professional consulting and educational services;
- and other products or services that may be introduced by Savath Wellness.
Certain professional services may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, booking agreement, or contract. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific engagement, the terms of that agreement will control for that engagement.
2. Availability of Services and Geographic Restrictions
Savath Wellness makes offerings available only where it is legally permitted to do so.
The presence of information about a service on the Site does not mean that the service is currently available in every country or jurisdiction.
Certain services may be limited, postponed, or unavailable in jurisdictions where registrations, professional permissions, immigration or work authorization, business registrations, licenses, or other legal requirements must first be satisfied.
In particular, the Site should not be interpreted as representing that Savath Wellness is currently established or authorized to conduct business in Germany unless and until the applicable legal requirements have been completed.
We reserve the right to restrict or decline a purchase, booking, engagement, or service based on geographic location or applicable legal requirements.
3. Nature of Savath Wellness
Savath Wellness is an education-led wellness platform centered on intentional care, discernment, ritual, and a deeper understanding of skin, body, wellness practices, and everyday care.
Our offerings may draw from skincare education, aesthetics, herbal traditions, wellness practices, lifestyle considerations, professional experience, research, and other educational frameworks.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Savath Wellness services are educational and informational in nature.
4. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer
Content and services provided through Savath Wellness are not intended to replace individualized medical care.
Savath Wellness does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological treatment, emergency care, or other services that legally require a healthcare professional acting within a regulated scope of practice, unless expressly identified and lawfully provided by an appropriately licensed professional.
Information relating to skincare, herbs, ingredients, wellness practices, routines, lifestyle, or the body is provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice or as a promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
You are responsible for determining whether a product, practice, recommendation, ingredient, or wellness approach is appropriate for you. Where appropriate, consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you:
- have an existing medical condition;
- are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- take prescription medication;
- have known allergies or sensitivities;
- are undergoing medical treatment; or
- have concerns regarding your physical or mental health.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or healthcare provider.
5. Consultations
Savath Wellness consultations are intended to provide personalized education, perspective, routine refinement, and wellness guidance within the scope described at the time of booking.
A consultation does not establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, or other regulated healthcare relationship.
Recommendations discussed during a consultation may require modification based on information that was not disclosed, changes in your health, reactions, sensitivities, professional medical advice, or other individual circumstances.
You agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information relevant to the consultation.
Consultation outcomes vary from person to person. Savath Wellness does not guarantee a particular physical, cosmetic, emotional, financial, professional, or wellness result.
6. Professional Services
Savath Wellness may provide professional education and consulting services to spas, hospitality businesses, wellness organizations, brands, practitioners, teams, and other professional clients.
These services may include staff education, training and development, client-care education, wellness programming, workshops, consulting, experience development, and related professional services.
The precise scope, timing, fees, deliverables, intellectual property rights, cancellation terms, travel requirements, and responsibilities associated with a professional engagement may be established through a separate written proposal or agreement.
Materials created or provided during a professional engagement may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, republished, used for internal training beyond the agreed scope, or commercially exploited unless permission has been granted in writing.
7. Digital Products and Educational Materials
Digital offerings may include guides, educational documents, downloads, recorded materials, workshops, courses, templates, written resources, or other digital content.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing digital material provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for its intended purpose.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce or republish the material;
- sell or sublicense it;
- share purchased access with others;
- upload it to another website or platform;
- distribute copies;
- modify it for resale;
- use it to create substantially similar commercial materials; or
- use Savath Wellness materials to train, populate, or commercially develop another product, service, course, or educational resource.
Professional or organizational licenses may be offered separately.
8. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order or booking request does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
Where applicable, a contract is formed when Savath Wellness confirms the purchase, accepts the booking, provides access to the purchased digital material, begins performance of the agreed service, or otherwise communicates acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- an error in pricing or availability;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- a technical error;
- geographic or legal restrictions;
- inability to provide the service;
- or circumstances that would make fulfilling the transaction unlawful.
If payment has already been collected for an order we subsequently decline, the applicable amount will be refunded.
9. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Site or at checkout.
Applicable taxes, duties, payment fees, or other mandatory charges may be added where required by law or displayed as part of the checkout process.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Savath Wellness does not guarantee that all payment methods will be available in every location.
10. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and withdrawal conditions may vary depending on the type of service or product purchased.
The specific policy presented when you purchase or book an offering forms part of your agreement with Savath Wellness.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Please refer to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and, where relevant, Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Notice for further information.
11. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in certain jurisdictions, including qualifying consumers in the European Economic Area, may have statutory rights to withdraw from certain online contracts.
Where a mandatory right of withdrawal applies, Savath Wellness will honor that right in accordance with applicable law.
For qualifying service contracts, the statutory withdrawal period may generally be 14 days from conclusion of the contract.
If you expressly request that a service begin during an applicable withdrawal period, you may be responsible, where permitted by law, for the proportion of services already provided before you exercise your right of withdrawal.
For qualifying digital content supplied without a physical medium, your withdrawal rights may be affected where you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the legally required consequences of receiving the digital content before the withdrawal period expires.
Any statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected by these Terms.
12. Appointments and Participation
Where an offering involves a scheduled appointment, workshop, consultation, event, or other time-specific service, you are responsible for attending at the confirmed time.
Instructions regarding attendance, technology, preparation, rescheduling, or cancellation will be communicated through the Site, booking process, confirmation email, or applicable service agreement.
We may reschedule or cancel a service where necessary due to illness, emergency, technical problems, travel disruption, events outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances that prevent delivery.
If Savath Wellness cancels a paid service and cannot reasonably provide an alternative, you will receive an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion.
13. Personal Responsibility
Wellness is individual, and no single routine, ingredient, product, practice, or approach is appropriate for everyone.
By participating in Savath Wellness services or using educational information from the Site, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own decisions.
You should discontinue use of a product or practice and seek appropriate professional guidance if you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction.
14. Results and Testimonials
Any examples, testimonials, experiences, case studies, client comments, or descriptions appearing on the Site represent individual experiences.
They are not guarantees that another person will achieve the same or similar outcome.
Results may vary based on numerous factors outside the control of Savath Wellness.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its contents are owned by or licensed to Savath Wellness.
This includes, without limitation:
- the SAVATH and Savath Wellness names;
- logos and brand elements;
- written content;
- photographs and graphics;
- educational frameworks;
- consultation materials;
- workshop materials;
- digital products;
- guides;
- downloadable resources;
- videos;
- designs;
- website copy; and
- original educational concepts and materials.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access the Site for personal, lawful use. No portion of the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, modified, exploited, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.
16. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or Savath Wellness services:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- to introduce malicious code or harmful technology;
- to attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- to impersonate another person;
- to scrape or systematically extract Site content for commercial purposes;
- or in any manner that violates applicable law.
We may restrict access to the Site or services where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to websites, booking services, payment providers, platforms, social networks, applications, products, or resources operated by third parties.
These third parties are separate from Savath Wellness.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices, policies, products, services, or content of third-party platforms.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
18. Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but errors, omissions, typographical mistakes, technical issues, or outdated information may occasionally occur.
We may update, correct, modify, suspend, or discontinue Site content or offerings where reasonably necessary.
Product descriptions, service descriptions, availability, pricing, and other information may be corrected where an error is identified, subject to applicable consumer law and any contract already formed.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savath Wellness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from the use of the Site or voluntary reliance on general educational content.
Any limitation of liability contained in these Terms does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable law provides mandatory rights concerning personal injury, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, statutory consumer protection, or other non-excludable liability.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory legal rights as a consumer.
20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Savath Wellness will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where performance is prevented by circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, serious illness, transportation disruption, government action, war, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, widespread internet outages, platform failures, or other comparable events.
Where such an event affects a paid service, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, provide an alternative, or otherwise address the affected portion of the service in accordance with applicable law.
21. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how personal information and tracking technologies are handled.
Where consent is required for certain cookies or technologies, you may manage your preferences through the cookie controls provided on the Site.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, services, technology, operational practices, or legal obligations.
The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Terms applicable to a completed transaction will not be changed retroactively in a way that unlawfully reduces your contractual or consumer rights.
23. Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights
These Terms and transactions with Savath Wellness are subject to the law applicable to the Savath Wellness operator identified in the Legal Notice at the time the relevant agreement is entered into, unless another governing law is expressly agreed in writing.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections or rights that apply under the law of your country of habitual residence where those protections cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable service-specific terms, booking conditions, refund or cancellation policies, withdrawal notices, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Legal Notice, and separately executed service agreements, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Savath Wellness concerning your use or purchase of the relevant offering.
